Booth Level Officers collected pre-filled forms from households. - Draft Electoral Roll Publication: December 16, 2025
The draft list with additions and deletions will be released. - Claims and Objections Period: December 16, 2025, to January 15, 2026
Voters can apply for inclusion, correction, or deletion. - Verification of Applications: Up to February 7, 2026

Why SIR West Bengal Is Very Important
Linking with 2002 Voter Records
The current revision is linked with voter data from the 2002–2004 revision. Many voters are unable to match their records with this old data.
Around 30 lakh voters may receive notices and will need to prove their eligibility using documents like ration cards, passports, or old land records.

- Over 58 lakh forms were uncollected or invalid
- Around 24 lakh voters were marked as deceased

- New voters turning 18: Submit Form 6
- Name missing from list: Submit Form 6 with address proof
- Correction needed: Submit Form 8
- Delete wrong entry: Submit Form 7
- Received ERO notice: Attend hearing with documents
