Hartron Junior Programmer Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
The selection and panel updation process consists of the following stages:
- First Test – Domain Knowledge Test
- It is a computer-based test consisting of MCQs.
- Questions will cover computer-related topics and the specific domain selected by the candidate.
- If a candidate clears the first test, its validity is one year from the date of notifying the posts/advertisement.
- Document Scrutiny
- Candidates who qualify the first test will undergo document scrutiny.
- Only eligible candidates will proceed to training.
- Training
- Eligible candidates must undergo training for the relevant job role before appearing in the second test.
- Training is approximately 50 hours and is to be completed within a maximum of one month/four weeks.

- Second Test – Practical/Project Test
