Other Eligibility Conditions
- The final qualifying examination must have been passed on or after 1 July 2023.
- Candidates who have already completed Act Apprenticeship training are not eligible.
- Candidates with job experience of one year or more are not eligible.
- Candidates who are pursuing higher studies are not eligible.
- The minimum qualifying marks specified in the vacancy tables are 50%.
- SC/ST and PwBD candidates may receive a 5% relaxation in the final selection criteria, subject to applicable Government guidelines and reservation policy.
- Candidates with B.Sc. in Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics can apply for the specified chemical plant trades only according to the major subject mentioned in the notification.
- Candidates with Biology in graduation having only Zoology or only Botany may apply for Secretarial Assistant or Recruitment Executive (HR), subject to the stated conditions.

RCF will provide morning breakfast, tea, and a vegetarian lunch thali in the company canteen during the training period. Medical facilities on an OPD basis at RCF Hospital will be available to trainees. Uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided according to company policy.

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Selection Procedure
RCFL will prepare a merit list based on the percentage criteria and applicable reservation in the prescribed essential educational qualification. Candidates who qualify through the merit process will then be called for document verification.
The selection process includes:
- Online Application: Candidates submit their applications through the RCF website.
- Merit List: The merit list is prepared according to the percentage obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination and applicable reservation.
- Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted in the merit list are called for document verification.
- Apprenticeship Contract: Appointment as an Apprentice Trainee is made after successful document verification and approval of the apprenticeship contract on the applicable NATS/NAPS portal.
- Joining: Selected candidates must report on the stipulated joining date. Failure to report may result in cancellation of candidature.
If candidates have equal marks in the merit list, the candidate with the higher qualification will be placed higher. If the qualification is also the same, the candidate with more marks in the preceding educational qualification will receive preference.

- Visit the RCF official website.
- Click on “Recruitment”.
- Select “Engagement of Apprentices – 2026-27”.
- Read the complete advertisement, instructions, terms and conditions carefully.
- Click “I Accept” and then select “Apply Online”.
- Select the preferred posting location, Trombay or Thal.
- Keep a recent passport-size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format of not more than 75 KB.
- Keep the signature in JPG/JPEG format of not more than 25 KB.
- Complete all required details in the application form.
- Click “SAVE/SUBMIT” after checking the information.
- After successful submission, the application form will be generated.
- Click “Print” and keep the printed application form safely for the document verification stage.
