Chirayu Yojana: How to Apply

The Haryana government launched the Chirayu Yojana with the well-being of its people in mind. This scheme provides a health insurance cover up to Rs. 5 lakh per family per year. According to Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, everyone has a basic right to health care and education, which they must obtain.

Chirayu Yojana will benefit around 38 lakh beneficiaries whose annual income is less than Rs. 3 lakh per annum.

The main goal of the scheme is to treat 1500 diseases. The state government will pay for the treatment facilities up to Rs. 5 lakh at no cost to the inhabitants of the state. Beneficiaries will be able to access free hospital treatment for their illness.

Who can apply

To apply for this scheme, the applicant must meet the following criteria:

The applicant must be a resident of Haryana state. The applicant should belong to the Antyodaya population or should be a Divyangjan. The family income of the applicant should not exceed Rs. 180,000/-. All the citizens of the state belonging to the economically weaker sections will be considered eligible for this scheme.

Application Process for Chirayu Yojana

Online Process

Go to the official website chirayuayushmanharyana. in. Then, the website’s homepage will appear in front of you. Click on “Apply Online.” Then, access the Haryana Chirayu Yojana application form. Fill out the application form with correct information. Please ensure all necessary documents are uploaded carefully. Following that, you must press the “Submit” button.

Offline Process

The applicant can visit the nearest CSCs to register themselves for the Haryana Chirayu Scheme. Collect the application form from the CSC center. The Common Service Centre employee will fill out the form on behalf of the beneficiary.

Benefits of the Chirayu Scheme

This scheme will cover low-income households with unstable finances. Beneficiaries will receive a golden health card to receive the benefits of this scheme. The beneficiary can avail free treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh in all government and private hospitals. Free treatment is provided for 1500 diseases in 729 hospitals for poor families and disabled people. About 28 lakh families in the state will no longer have to worry about paying for medical care of illness thanks to this program.
