Educational Qualifications

Candidates must be an Advocate Practicing in the Delhi High Court. Minimum 3 years of practice as an Advocate as of the last date of application. Must be mainly practicing at the concerned court complex. Average annual income not less than Rs. 24,000/- per annum during the preceding two years. Must submit an Affidavit stating that they have not applied for Oath Commissioner in any other court of Delhi.
